If you need to skip a class, reschedule, or withdraw from classes, please fill out the necessary form. After submitting the form, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please fill out the form again.

If you are missing classes due to illness, the "absence notice" form must be completed no later than 3:00 PM. If you are missing classes for personal reasons (doctor's appointments, vacations, holidays, etc.), the "absence notice" form must be completed no later than 48 hours in advance. Submitting the absence form after the specified time does not provide the option for make-up classes.

You can request make-up classes via WhatsApp or email; verbal requests over the phone or in person will not be recorded. Make-up classes are scheduled based on availability and space. Unused make-up classes cannot be refunded, credited, or extended. If you miss a scheduled make-up class, it cannot be rescheduled. Make-up classes expire 90 (ninety) days from the date of the absence. To use the make-up option, you must be registered for ongoing classes.

If you plan to withdraw from classes starting on the 1st of any month, the "withdrawal form" must be completed no later than the 25th of the previous month.
